Bloxburg Airlines Flight BA5013 was a passenger flight from San Juan International Airport in Bloxburg Valley to Laguna Valley International Airport in the Telamon Islands. The plane took off from Robloxia and flew for several hours over the Telamon Sea before crashing in the jungle on Manakapa, about 45 minutes from its destination. This sparked the largest search in the country's history. Due to the fact that no one survived, it was the second most tragic plane crash in the history of Aquaria.

Crash[]

Flight[]

After entering Telamon Islands airspace, the flight was handled first by Hilokila Island controllers, then by southwestern Manakapa control. According to the instructions, the plane was to maintain an altitude of 34,000 feet while flying over the mountains, report to several navigation points, and after reporting to the North Hill City point, lower the altitude to prepare for landing.

Analyzes show that at a point above the town of Pafala, Robus was at an altitude of 30,500 feet. At 06:02, the pilots reported to Foggy Town, after which they lost contact, like most planes that fly over the region. The last message sent by the pilots was: "Bloxburg 5013, maintain cruising altitude to North Hill City, accepted."

Searching[]

At 06:40, North Hill City controllers began to expect the plane. At 06:51 they started calling him. At 07:08, the search for Robus began with over three hundred people on board. The search area covered the route from Foggy Town to North Hill City, but quickly expanded. There was no doubt that Bloxburg 5013 had crashed. On January 23, 2017, after 2 months of searching, the pilots found fragments of the wreck of the machine. They were scattered on the slope of one of the mountains. Several fragments were several hundred meters away. Investigators determined that there was a failure and explosion on board, which blew several engines apart. The rest of the plane fell onto the mountainside. After the bodies of the passengers and crew were found, they were buried 300 meters from the crash site.

Cause[]

After the investigation, it was determined that the cause of the crash was a failure related to the engines and hydraulics. That is why the pilots were unable to control the plane after the engines failed.

Blackboxes[]

The plane's black boxes were found. Thanks to this, it was possible to determine the last moments of flight BA5013.
