On May 16, 2008, a plane, operating Flight 49 took off from an airfield on 01L after requesting engine start and pushback to Gate 4. The weather conditions reported winds of 4 knots and at 25 degrees, and the conditions were stagnant. As the plane ascended, the conditions remained stagnant, being normal conditions.
The engines started to have trouble once the plane passed out, and both engines completely failed. The plane lost altitude. The plane was not dumping fuel. However, the plane dived to the Bloxington Ocean, falling at incredible speed to the Bloxington Ocean two hours into the flight. Fortunately, the fall was temporarily arrested when it got to 15,000 feet, but it disappeared to the radar and the plane further nosedived.
Following the crash, Robloxia decided to generically name all the pilots and the cockpit crew, as well as the gate agent, the air traffic controller, and the GPWS until investigations found their real names. However, investigations failed to reveal the true identity of the captain as the ink on his name tag was washed out, living behind the words "Arold Gins".

Flight 49 originated from an airfield, with first-time cockpit crew and pilots onboard. The aircraft in question was a 12-year-old Robus A330. All of the passengers on board were Robloxian.

Prior to investigation, Flight 49 was reported missing, and the altitude of the plane was 15,000 feet within a few minutes. Airlines reported it is getting more difficult to find pilots who are willing to face such dangers, then a passenger, (who was not in the scene) was late for a flight
Investigation:[]
On June 23, 2008, Robloxian investigators started to investigate, trying to find out what truly transpired onboard Flight 49 to disappear in the radar two hours after takeoff. According to investigators, the last transmission to the Air Traffic Controller was a frequency change. The investigators reported that some Robloxians have seen the wreckage of the crashed plane. The investigators then interviewed the Air Traffic Controller, who thought the captain said "You too!", which was important because no captain would say that. With clues starting to pile up, investigators theorized it must have been an inexperienced pilot.
On June 24, 2008, Robloxian investigators investigated the wreckage, trying to find the black box, to which they are unsure if it could even be found and if it could be found, if the data on the black box can be recovered to verify this hypothesis. They eventually found it and were able to recover the data on it, but they reported hearing unexpected sounds. They then rewinded the black box a few times until they found out what really caused the A330 to go down and disproved their initial hypothesis:
The captain left the cockpit to use the restroom, to which the autopilot was disconnected. One engine starts to fail, but first officer believes autopilot could save the airplane from a disaster. However, another engine fails and the plane's nose began to pitch downwards. Without control, the plane entered an extreme nosedive, to which the first officer does not know how to recover. The plane's ADIRU sent incorrect information to the plane computers, which were responsible for its defects. Finally, the plane plunged to the Bloxington Ocean, killing everyone onboard.
Following this statement which was said by an outside spectator, presumably an investigator, investigation concluded.
A similar fate was reported approximately six months after the incident.
