On May 13, 2000, a plane, operating Flight 456 (presumed to be either AeroMax or Telamon Flights) failed to take off from Bloxywood Airport. The conditions were stagnant. The pilots and cockpit crew managed to get to the plane in one of the runways of Bloxywood International Airport, but at the runway, the plane crashed. Following the crash, Robloxia decided to generically name all the pilots and the cockpit crew.

Flight 456 originated from Bloxywood Airport, with first-time cockpit crew and pilots onboard. The aircraft in question was unknown. All of the passengers on board were Robloxian. Flight 456 was planned to go to Topia Airport.

Everyone onboard Flight 456 were escorted by the pilots and the cockpit crew away from the airport.
An investigation started on the same day and ended three hours later, when it was decided that there was something on the runway that caused the plane to crash.
Following the investigation, the thing on the runway was removed.
