KLN Flight 5461 was a International Flight by KLN Royal Dutch Airlines from Greater Rockfort International Airport (IRFD) to Roghija International Airport (IRKO). On March 15, 2019, the Roeing 777-300ER overran Runway 31 during landing at Roghija International.
The AAIB had investigated the accident and concluded that the cause of the Overrun was due to an Uncalibrated Landing Setting that caused the Automated Piloting System to turn against the Pilots during the landing.

Captain/Flight Commander[]
The captain was 57 Years Old Flight Commander Frank Michelle, the Lead Flight Commander of the KLN Roeing 777 Fleet, with 70,000,000 Flight Hours under his belt. His first flight was under the Air Force, flying the R2 Stealth Bomber when he is a Seargent First Class. Later after finishing two years of service, he chose to fly with KLN with the first aircraft he flew was the Ro-Bombardier Dash 8 Q100.

First Officer/Second in Command[]
The First Officer was 46 Years Old Senior Commander Simon De Santis, with 67,000,000 Flight Hours under his belt. His first flight was with Robloxian Airlines with his first flight being on the Roeing 757-500, but after the November 10 Attacks, he left Robloxian Airlines on request due to trama after seeing the Attack. De Santis later took position as Senior Commander of the KLN using is his previous record from Robloxian Airlines to secure him a position as the Senior Commander of the KLN Roeing 777 fleet.

Incident Chronology
Prior to Descent and Final Approach[]
KLN Flight 5461 took off from Greater Rockfort International Airport on the 13th of March at 08:09:29 (Robloxia Standard Time) without any issues. Until on 15th of March at 20:34:49 (Neo-Korbloxia Standard Time) during landing at Roghija International, the aircraft had to abort the descent to Runway 20 and was required to land on Runway 31 due to an aircraft occupying Runway 20 in preparation for Departure.
Calibration Failure by Co-Pilot[]
On Descent in preparation on Final Approach to Runway 31, the Co-Pilot set the Landing Calibration on Runway 31 on the wrong correspondent, which the Crew fail to notice. And the Landing Calibration is still set to Runway 13 (The Opposite of Runway 31).
Automatic Piloting System turned against the Pilots[]
During the landing on Runway 31, the aircraft landed on the threshold of Runway 31. As the crew attempts to stop the Aircraft, the Automatic Piloting System was confused due to the Landing Calibration, leading to the Automatic Piloting System setting Throttle settings to 100% (TOGA) Thrust for Go Around.

The Fight of the Pilot and the Autopilot before Crashing[]
The captain, who realize the speed then manages to override it by setting thrust to -100% (REV) Thrust, but then the APS still conflicts it by setting it to -50%. The aircraft overshot the runway, striking a barbed wire fence and some trees and vegetations in the process, and then crashed into the Foot hole of the Cliff, with the Right Engine breaking off and the landing gears breaking off after the overran.
A Local Photographer caught this scene and immediately was shown to authorities.
Investigation[]
The Ministry of Construction and Transportation, and the Republic of Neo-Korbloxia Navy both investigated the accident. The cause of the accident was determined to be pilot error due to the flight crew's failure to set the Automatic Piloting System.
According to an Investigator, the Black Boxes are recovered but were found with information to fill the Accident plot hole, which the CVR was to prove the incident.[1]
