At 15 April 2025 at approach to runway 13 at Tokyo Int. Airport (Orenji), due ATC error, two airplanes collided and kills 327 robloxians (16 on ground). This crash now are on of the deadliest in past 5 years. Also this crash created a big resonance about ATC security, and TCAS checklists, because the Cost Guard plane has TCAS off, that thing confused the ATC controller. The night made the disaster worse because airplanes won't see each other until crash will be unstoppable, and because of night ATC controller was didn't know about the crash for more than 30 minutes, until the private Piper PA-28 (D-EATD) said "I see fire in front of runway, anybody?". But actually first witnesses was a pilots of Thay airways A320, BUT they did not pay attention to the falling burning debris from the sky, because they were busy landing in fog from runway 31. They told it after taxing to gate, but was they was late

Coast Guard Cessna 208 (Second airplane)[]
CGLK1 was an a local Coast Guard patrol flight with 7 peoples on board. 2 of they was the pilots, and 2 was lifeguards. Also there was deputy Governor of the local Coast Guard that was find dead too.
Airplane has disabled TCAS because of false positives.
That played a big role in crash because ATC said Cessna to listen TCAS, that confused Pilot and made pilot fly straight. The CVR of CGLK1 can say, the pilots was tired and nervous.

After the crash, FAA completely redesigns the ATC systems. Now having TCAS turned off are a crime that belongs 5 years of jail\aircraft confiscation. FAA expressed its condolences to the families of those killed in the disaster. After crash Tokyo Int. Airport was closed for 6 days for crash investigation.
